This study, using a qualitative approach and phenomenological method, examined the lived experience of working mothers of the conflict between maternal and professional roles in the process of raising children. The main goal of this study was to deeply understand the challenges, inner feelings, and coping strategies of these mothers in facing two vital and sometimes conflicting roles. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with a group of working mothers and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed that these mothers face feelings of guilt, psychological pressure, anxiety, and educational concerns.To manage this conflict, they use strategies such as careful planning, emotional and practical support from their spouse, use of care services, and balancing duties.
