چکیده
اختلال کمبود توجه/بیش‌فعالی (ADHD) یک اختلال عصبی چندجانبه است که هم کودکان و بزرگسالان را تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد که با علائم بی‌توجهی، بیش‌فعالی و تحریک‌پذیری مشخص می‌شود. در سال‌های اخیر، تعامل بین اختلال بیش‌فعالی و تغییرات وزن، به‌ویژه چاقی، به‌عنوان یک منطقه مهم پژوهش ظاهر شده است. این رابطه دوطرفه است: از یک‌طرف، تحریک‌پذیری مربوط به اختلال بیش‌فعالی و عملکرد ضعیف اجرایی ممکن است افراد را به رفتارهای غذایی ناسالم مستعد کند و از طرف‌دیگر، تغییرات وزن مانند چاقی می‌تواند بر شدت و نتایج درمانی علائم اختلال بیش‌فعالی تأثیر بگذارد. در این مقاله شواهدی در مورد چگونگی وزن، شامل شرایط کم‌وزن و اضافه‌وزن، بر شدت علائم اختلال بیش‌فعالی، راهبرد‌های مدیریت و نتایج کلی بررسی شده است. در این مطالعه با استناد به مقالات مطالعات مقطعی، آینده‌نگر و ژنتیکی موجود در پایگاه‌های اطلاع‌رسانی داخلی و خارجی در بازه زمانی سال‌های 2000-2024 سعی بر ادغام یافته‌ها گردید تا یک مرور کلی از عوامل و سازوکار‌های اساسی این رابطه پیچیده ارائه شود.

چکیده English

ADHD is a multilateral neurological disorder that affects both children and adults, which is characterized by symptoms of neglect, hyperactivity, and irritability. In recent years, the interaction between ADHD and weight changes, especially obesity, has appeared as an important research area. This is a two -way relationship: On the one hand, ADHD irritation and poor performance may make people prone to unhealthy food behaviors, and on the other hand, weight changes such as obesity can affect the severity and therapeutic results of ADHD symptoms. This article examines evidence of how weighted, including low weight and overweight, the severity of ADHD symptoms, management strategies, and general results. In this study, citing articles of cross-sectional, forward-looking and genetic studies at domestic and foreign information sites in the period of 2000-2024, the findings attempted to provide a general overview of the essential factors and mechanisms of this complex relationship.
