This study has been carried out aimed to identify and extract a practical model of ways to increase wisdom as an effective factor in education from the perspective of verses and hadiths. Education deals with human growth and perfection, and given that man is a complicated living being, his/her education is also complex and requires the use of rich resources. In the meantime, adolescence is one of the most important stages of human development. Therefore, the education of teenagers requires the use of rich resources. The method of content analysis has been used in this research due to the breadth of relevant verses and narrations. This method is a process for analyzing scattered and diverse textual data. The results of the present study are obtained based on the analysis of research findings and identification of 47 basic themes, 32 sub-organizing themes, 5 main organizing themes and 3 comprehensive themes, including strategic items for wisdom growth, barriers to wisdom growth and consequences related to wisdom growth in education, and finally a practical model is presented as a summary of themes. According to the proposed model, achieving human perfection and on the other hand, the analogy of human perfection with reaching the wisdom grade in human beings is one of the most important goals of Islamic education
